Lenny Pictures is a Seattle-based production company established by award-winning Creative Producer and Film Programmer Megan Leonard.
Leonard’s films have premiered at top-tier festivals around the world including Sundance and SXSW, debuted on global streaming platforms including Hulu and MUBI, and received five Vimeo Staff Picks. She is a Sundance Institute and Gotham alumni, a Webby Honoree, and has been featured in publications including Indiewire, Filmmaker Magazine and MovieMaker Magazine.
She started working for film festivals in 2010 and is currently a Senior Programmer at the Seattle International Film Festival where she leads the New American Cinema and ShortsFest teams. In 2024 she was awarded a Special Citation for her service to filmmaking in the Pacific Northwest from the Seattle Film Critics Association.
